India (DLN): GATE Exam 2012 online registrations have been started. Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) eligibility for is as follows:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/ Architecture of 4 years after 10+2 (Candidates in the final year of such programmes can apply) OR
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology/Architecture (Post-B.Sc./Post-Diploma) (Candidates in the final year of such programmes can apply) OR
Master’s degree in any branch of Science/Maths/Stats/Computer Applications (Candidates in the final year of such programmes can apply) OR
Candidates in the second or higher year of the 4 years Integrated Master’s degree course (Post-B.Sc) in Engineering/Technology OR
4th year or higher year student of 5 year Integrated Master’s degree course or Dual Degree course in Engineering/Technology OR
Qualified candidates in exams conducted by professional societies recognized by UPSC/AICTE like AMIE by Institute of Engineers, AMICE by Institute of Civil Engineers equivalent to B.E./B.Tech
