Delhi Development Authority (DDA)

Candidates are required to fill-in the Applicant Name to Generate Form and print the Application Form. There are approx 1600 DDA Flats available.

To fill DDA application candidates must use capital letters only. Demand Draft/Banker’s cheque should be in favor of DDA Housing – payable at Delhi/New Delhi only.

If applicant has used downloaded application form, separate DD/Banker’s cheque of Rs.105 to be given to the bank along with filled form.

The DDA Housing Scheme 2010 will remain open from 25th Nov to 24th Dec 2010. DDA Flats are given on “As is where is Basis”.

All flats are ready for occupation. One person can submit one application only. Flats will be allotted through a computerized draw basis on random number technique.
