India (DLN): Indian Air Force invites applications for grant of Short Service Commission in Flying (Pilot) Branch of the India Air Force. Courses are
1. No. 8 Short Service Commission (Men) Flying (Pilot) Course
2. No. 37 Short Service Commission (Women) Flying (Pilot) Course
Course will be commenced in Jul 2011. Last dat for receipt of applications is 4th Oct 2010 and for far flung areas 11th Oct 2010.

Educational Qualification required is Graduation with 60% marks. Candidates should have passed Maths and Physics at 12th level or BE/B.Tech with 60% marks. Age limit is 19-23 years.

There are two stages  of tests:
Stage I:Personality test
Stage II: Phychological Test, GD and interview.

Applications should be sent to “Post Bag No. 001, Nirman Bhavan Post Office, New Delhi-110106″.
After scrutiny of applications, shortlisted candidates will be called for Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT) and Service Selection Board (SSB) interview at one of the Air force Selection Boards at Dehradun, Mysore and Varanasi.
