APPSC Group 1 Hall Tickets 2010 for Screening Test Available

Andhra Pradesh (DLN): Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) Group 1 hall tickets for screening test of Group-I Services Recruitment 2010 are available to download at its official website. The screening test is scheduled to be held on 5th Sep 2010 for Notification No. 39/2008.

Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) was established on November 1, 1956 with the establishment of Andhra Pradesh state. APPSC was known as the Andhra Service Commission earlier in the year 1953. In 1956, the commission was formed by merger of the Andhra and Hyderabad Public Service Commissions. Commission recruits mostly at the posts of Lecturers, Doctors, Engineers, Deputy Collectors, Forest Officers, Police Officers, Clerks and others.

Y. Venkatarami Reddy is head of the commission at present who has worked as vice chancellor of JNTU. The new format of exam for Group 1 and Group 2 was formed by B.R.K.Raju – the senior member of board.
