HUDA Plots allotment 2010



Haryana Urban Development Authority, Panchkula, Haryana invites applications for the allotment of Freehold Residential Plots in Haryana’s various urban estates. The booking for HUDA plots has commenced from 6th Nov 2009 and will be closed on 5th Jan 2010.

The HUDA plots will be allotted at draw basis. The payment can be done in installments as 10% of total cost with application, 15% within one month from allotment & balance in 6 installments. An individual can apply only one application.  [smartads]

    How did you guys received the Application number. I had submitted it through HDFC, since then not received any intimation or acknwoledgement. Any suggestions?

      I’ve raised the similar concerns with HDFC, they replied that application has been submitted to HUDA. However, the ack receipt would be sent by HUDA via post to your address. I doubt HUDA will ever do that. Though it was just a gamble with unfairly low chance of wining, lets wait for the draws. atleast 6-8 months down the line.
