Punjab State Electricity Board
The PSEB (Punjab State Electricity Board) is a legislative body created on 1st Feb., 1959. It has generated 6841 MW this year (as on 31-3-2009). The gross income of the board in the year 2008 to 2009 was 38880 Million. Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB) is serving around 66.31 lakhs. [smartads]
PSEB is doing efforts to extend consciousness & awareness regarding sensible use of energy. It is arranging special seminars in schools for creating consciousness among students. Department said such small guidelines can help students to learn careful utilization of energy.
There will be a huge (state-level) seminar intended for schools on energy saving where about Seven Hundred (700) assigns are expected to take part.
Results have been declared by PSEB of various exams for recruitment
