  • GAJSA

THIS MAY BE ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF NEGLIGENCE BY IOCL AUTHORITIES FOR LEAKING OF PIPE . VERY SAD TO HEAR SUCH INCIDENT IN THE CAPITAL CITY OF OUR STATE MR GEHLOT MUST ANNOUNCE CERTAIN FUND FOR THOSE WHO ARE AFFECTED :)

=> Nearby Colleges and hostels evacuated
=> HPCL & BPCL depot nearby are another matter for concern
=> Jams on JLN, Tonk Road
=> Reports of Earthquakes 2 times, one at 2.3 Richter Scale, and another in late night, frequencynot yet known.
=> No scope for the brigades and rescue team to enter the premises, way far from it.
=> Perhaps preventing the fire the only solution is speculated, quite improbable to get rid of fire unnaturally

He already announced for the fund… its an irony we dont even have fire extinguisher near by…
lack of resources and a great example of carelessness

what happend to bpc petrol tanks??? can anyone tell what happened ??

  • Dr rajan

Its practically impossible to control the fire. the huge amount of fuel will continue burning for at least 3 days. There will be massive smoke in 15 Km Radius.. People are adviced not to panic. Breading problem due to increase in carbon monoxide and reduction of oxygen level may occur. Asthmatic patient should go away 30 Km radius.

    It is very sad news.
In India, Safety and our lives is left to God. Probably, that is the reason why there are so many God and Godesses worshipped in India.
Looking at the fire, nothing can be done except containment.
    BPC depot shouldnt catch fire.
    God Save us.

The most irnoical thing is that we citizens show irresponsible behaviour at this ruch hour. There are people who want to visit the place out of curiosity without thinking that this will add more to the Trrafic & create hassals for the people in commutation. If we cant provide any help, we can show some sense of responsilbility towards our own jaipurites.

i saw the explosion wid my eyes cause i was in a nearby hostel.. we felt a large impact and many of the glasses were broken… my hostel is 1.2 km from the area… well it was immediately evacuated and we were brought to a safer place afterwards… i am even doubtful that my college will be safe or not bcoz it is said that at night 9 out of 12 tanks blowed but in the morning remaining three also blowed.. and there is a gas depot nearby if it catches fire than a large area will face problem… i saw the whole fire event wid my eyes for more than 4 hrs frm about 2 kms away
