Kurukshetra University
The Kurukshetra University (KUKU) was recognized in 1956 as a unitary residential college & its organization marble was place by late Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the 1st President of India. Situated in the sacred city of Kurukshetra,[smartads] earth of the past battle of ‘Mahabharata’ & the best message of Bhagwad Gita, its college grounds is situated on the Brahm Sarover of western bank (the holy tank) & hold out over an area of over four hundred acres. Opening with only the area of Sanskrit, it has full-grown into a multi-faculty college as one of the premier centers for higher study & examine in the region.
