CFTRI stands for Central Food Technological Research Institute. Dr. V. Subrahmanyan is the founder and director of CFTRI. It is associated with Mysore association. Mysore city is the southern part of Karnataka. It is well located area that connected by rail and road with the Bangalore which is state capital. CFTRI is working for more than 6 years in the favor of providing the facilities for power and water, academic environment with the help of University of Mysore, equable climate. Food security is the big considerable issue in developing countries. CFTRI specified that food security lies in right hindrance of science as well as technology.[smartads]

CFTRI is inviting the applications for different posts. These are given below-

1.Project Assistant (Level I)- Its code is PAT1. Qualifications are B.Sc in Botany/Biology/ Chemistry /Physics/Computer Science OR I Class B.Lib after B.Sc. Salary- Rs.5000.

2. Project Assistant (Level II)- Its code is PAT2. Qualifications are I Class M.Sc Chemistry/ Botany/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Industrial Chemistry/ OR I Class MCA/ OR I Class M.Lib OR I Class M.Pharm/ OR I Class M.Com / MBA (after B.Sc) with Computer Proficiency. Salary- Rs.8000.

3. Project Assistant (Level III)- Its code is PAT3. Qualifications are ME /M Tech in subjects mentioned at Sl.No 2 above.Salary- Rs.10000.

4. Project Assistant (Level IV)- Its code is PAT4. Qualifications are PhD in Engineering subjects mentioned at Sl.No 2 above/Science.Salary-12000.
