Staff selection commission (SSC) has announced result of combined matric level main exam held in 2008. 2008 results for filling up the position of rank ‘C’ Stenographers, rank ‘D’ Stenographers & minor Division Clerks in different Central Government Ministries.
In the major written part of this employment, a total of 17,512 (Lower Division Clerks: 10283+Grade ‘D’ Stenographers: 7229).the selection of applicant by his skill test typewriting & stenography test.
The final result of written part of Grade ‘C’ Stenographers test will be confirmed individually. The talent test for junior Division Clerks & Stenographers recruitment will be detained on computer with choice obtainable to the candidate to get the ability test on physical typewriter.
“In this regard applicants have to provide their choice to the worried Regional Offices of this Commission directly. Once, the choice given by the applicants in this regard will be treated as last”, the Staff sevice commission said
A sum of 643,435 applicants had record for the beginning examination. The effect of the beginning examination of the said employment was confirmed in Aug 2008 in which 67,205 applicants were confirmed fit for showing in the Main examination of this recruitment.
